Closed 2 Sales - Merged into one - need to settle up with eBay

I have two items listed separately.  Rec'd offer from buyer for both.  He issued payment through PayPal and now I need to close the auctions, but I want to do it through eBay and settle up the normal way.  Can't figure out how to do it.  In the meantime, I'll have to cancel the sales, as I can't have anyone else bid on them.  Not sure what to do, as none of the options on "Close auction" fit.
