Changes to ebay user agreement. What changes exactly?

Ebay of course intentionally omits that bit .. not that it matters anymore. 

They can do anything they want, may control all, every aspect of a transaction AND funds as they choose, yet of course make every effort to be completely inculpable and  accept no responsibilty themselves for anything whatsoever..

But I am curious as it was obviously and intentionally omitted what precisly these new "changes" are..
