Change shipping Carrier name

 Greetings All

I returned the item to seller. I am sending the item from Federation Of Georgia. The Georgian post office gave me the tracking number and I started to fill the returning procedures but on the Ebay website I could not change the USPS carrier option in the box and I just filled the tracking number of my item. Now it shows that the item is on the way but under of USPS name. is it possible to change it somehow?
