Cancelation.

I made an offer on A item , offer was accepted but I immediately within seconds asked for a cancellation but the seller refused .. how can I go about this ?

The seller was not obligated to accept your request to cancel.

You are required to pay for the item, and when you receive it you could ask the seller if they would accept the return. If they will not accept the return, you can either resell the item or give it away.
