Cancel a purchase

I buy item, but is not like described, contact seller after this i received full refund via paypal, item show like unpaid, again contact member to cancel transaction, it canceling but item is still show like unpaid, see the picture.

Where is the problem?

It is normal for an item to appear as unpaid once a selller refunds you money.  This is the way eBay designed the system, and there is nothing the seller can do about it.  The item will drop off your list after 60 days so you won't have to see it.
