Can't list item (selling limit related??)

I've sold items on-and-off for the last 10+ years. The last time I sold was maybe a year ago, possibly a bit longer. I'm now trying to list an auction item for sale with a starting bid around $19.00 and I can't get the listing to post. When I search through help menus, it looks like I have a selling limit of 1 item/$10.00 per month. I've never anything like this before. What's going on???
