Can't find expert seller conversation

Hi everyone, I'm a new seller and am trying to re-locate the exchange I was having with an expert seller (was using the "expert seller" form). I'm not seeing anything in my messages or email to get me back there...

Thank you for your reply! I should have been more clear: I meant that I am trying to return to a conversation I was already in with an expert seller as I had a follow up question for her...

Try going back through the expert seller sign in process. Once you get back into a chat session, you can ask for assistance from the person you chatted with before.

Whoever comes online should be able to tell you whether, or not, that's possible.
