Can not get ahold of anybody and they won't take a cancellation of my account!

I have tried several **bleep** time the last two days to bid on several pieces and get refused, because even though I have the email staging it was cancelled, it still is saying u haven't paid and can't bid. I am BEYOND furious at tho point! Anyone help me? I obviously can't get ahold of any customer service whatsoever
