That is what it seemed what happened.
I asked questions about a bike I was considering buying. I felt that the information provided about the bike was not adequate enough for me to decide if it is what I needed, so I contacted the seller and asked several questions (such as how much does the bike weigh, and whether I will receive a receipt and the serial number of the bike so that it can be identified should it be stolen) to which his/her reply was "You are wasting your time my friend."
I then replied to him asking what he meant (and I indicated that since he seems to have a 100% satisfactory rating it seems that he is not providing good customer service ) . He replied back that he could take action against me and have Ebay suspend my account because I am violating the terms of the site.
He did not specify how.
Does anyone know if asking questions about an item being sold is a violation of Ebay's policies? Can I be terminated from Ebay for doing so?
