Do I have to buy a shipping label from eBay? I'm shipping a coin will I be able to put it in an envelope with a stamp?

Ebay offers the eBay Standard Envelope for shipping coins. It is low cost shipping with limited tracking. You would have to select that option when you create your listing. If you ship anything without tracking, the Buyer can say they did not receive it and you would need to refund.

You don't have to, but you definitely should, in this case.  You are a new seller, less than a month, with a feedback score of 1, selling a $200 coin.  You are a prime target for a scammer.  You should ship it USPS Ground Advantage, at the very least, or Priority Mail.  Both come with $100 insurance and you can buy more.  Does not qualify to use eBay Standard Envelope, $20 maximum sale price.  Good luck.
