Buyer wont open a return request but want a full refund

I need some help I have a buyer who ordered an item twice there size then said its to big. I stated they can open a return request and send the item back for a full refund or exchange .  They haven't responded or opened a request. What should i do if they ship it without opening a return request an no tracking number?

If she sends it back without opening a return, you can refund the payment though your sold orders. Select refund buyer from the action menu next to that order, then follow the prompts.
