Not realizing I had automatic refund activated, buyer requested one because the item she bought didn’t fit. I contacted her to say I’d send a shipping label so she could ship back item (me paying for shipping) she messaged me back saying “never mind I’ll give them to my friend”. When I contacted eBay they sent her a return label (her paying) and she closed out the case saying item was not as described, which is a lie she already messaged they didn’t fit her. Really!!! Now what?
