Buyer wants to return item because they misread description

I have a buyer wanting to return an item. They opened a case saying item does not match description. But their explanation says they misread the measurements and the goblets won't work. I offered to except return if they pay return shipping since it is not a case of "not as described" but simply buyers remorse - I would refund monies minus 20% restocking fee stated in listing.

I then called ebay to confirm this was correct handling of situation. They said yes...and THEY escalated case and said buyer would be told to return item under those conditions.

Well, you guessed it - I woke up this morning to an email saying case found in buyers favor and return is at my cost - full refund, no restocking fee.

It was a $52 item - with free shipping that cost me $20 - now I will be out another $20 + the $52

Anything I can do?
