I sold a North face Jacket and the buyer is saying he didn't get the item with the tags on it. I took a photo before boxing up the item and it was on there. And he said the size in not what I specified. Its on the inside of the tag. My policy is no returns. I am new and have never had any issues until now. I am not sure how to handle it.
