Buyer is returning under 'Doesn't match description or photos' saying 'The listing did not describe the ties on each shoulder'. I instead did as I wrote "spaghetti straps" in the title, in the Item details and the description says 'Straps that tie on shoulder'. plus the picture clearly show the straps! Ebay doesn't want to do anything as they say it is my word against the buyer word when in reality I have proof that what the buyer is saying isn't true. What to do now? Nobody is helping me with this abuse! What would you guys do?
