Buyer says piece is chipped

I just had a buyer send me a picture of a chipped piece of glass that I sent. She said the packaging was still intact, that it was packed very well and that the box was not damaged.

Normally, I just refund. However, I thoroughly checked that piece AND when I look at my pictures that chip is NOT there.

Advice?
