Buyer's "10 year old daughter clicked on it"

One of the oldest excuses in the books is "I didn't order this item".  From kids and grand kids to my sister or whoever...somebody did it, but not me.  Then we as buyers have to cancel the order and worry about whether the buyer can still leave feedback.  I can block them from future bidding or purchases, but I sure wish there was more I could do to save us from foolish people.
