TLDR version.
Buyer pays for an item. Never sends me pertinent info regarding the listing so that I can ship it. I message them, no reply.
I have already been paid. I have already paid for the shipping label. It has been too long to void the label or get a refund on shipping.
Is there a time frame where the money is just mine, or where they no longer have recourse, or where I have to refund or whatever. Im kind of tired of this open ended order sitting here... but I equally do not want to lose even a penny because the buyer cant respond to messages or follow instructions.
Ebay chat was useless...
