I have a question on an item a buyer claims she did not receive. Item was mailed first class in a padded 9x7 envelope with printed label with tracking. Tracking shows movement from FL to IL and last record is "Out For Delivery" from the destination post office. I furnished buyer a photo of package ( I take one of every package I mail for this reason) and asked her to check with her post office for lost item. Next day, yesterday, she claims they couldn't help. I realize that I will have to give full refund for her purchase, but what about my investment? Am I...…. sorry Chuck, you're out of luck you shmuck!
