Buyer bought a good from me and he want to return it, because it's not working.

Hello, one member bought a good from me, he received an item in good condition. In next day he installed it but not working. He can't turn it on and want to return it. But in item description, I wrote in red color that needs to change one part: "Need change a ribbon flat flex cable, (view a picture) you can buy new on eBay" 

So he didn't change it and that radio couldn't work. Maybe he didn't read that in the description or what, but I can't return him a money, this is not my fault. But a case is open and I want to fix it before money will move from me.
