I have a no return policy clearly stated in my listing. Buyer bought PJ's that she says are too large & too long. She is asking for refund of purchase price & the shipping that she had paid. So, am I obligated to accept a return & pay shipping when the item was as described and not damaged, etc? Buyer asked no questions prior to purchase. Do I risk negative feedback if I don't comply?
