This is a good one. The auction was complete. A few days later I went to ship it and my Grandchildren had knocked over the table the item was on. I tested it and it wasn't working. Told the buyer and he called me a liar. Said I still had to send it to him. I explained I didn't want to send a broken unit because of the hassle and **bleep** in returning it. He insisted and even threatened me. He sent me nearly 40 emails with accusations etc.
So, I sent it to him. He then complained and accused me of breaking it on purpose. Then he said he filed a complaint and he didn't even get it.
All I want is for an ebay rep. to read the emails and see what really happened. He DEMANDED I send him a broken unit and then demands a return. Total **bleep**.
How do I get an ebay rep. to read the emails?
