It is impossible to get a human. I tried the fraud number as my feedback has been reset from 100% to 0% I gave a new card number and it won’t let me sell. Continues to loop me. The fraud number they claim is no longer in service. 

They are making it impossible to utilize a service I have a 20 year history with.

There's no fraud - your Feedback shows 0% because there hasn't been any feedback for over 12 months.

Next time you get a single positive feedback, it will go back to 100%.
