Best Offer NOT Working Properly?!?

I received a Best offer AND I accepted the offer. BUT the Buyer did NOT See that I had accepted the offer and I did not receive any correspondence referring to the fat that I had accepted the offer. I contacted the buyer and she is still waiting to see that the offer has been accepted - despite the fact that I have contacted her, thanked her for her order and assured her that I will make SURE that she gets the deal she was looking for.

Why is eBay not letting either one of know what is going on after the initial off is made? What can I do to get eBay to get her a notification that her Offer Has Been Accepted and she ddneeds to submit the payment?
