Below standard report how to correct it.

I had 4 items missing in the mail in two month. I supply all the tracking was in communication with the customer.  I allow Ebay to issue refunds on the items.  One was than received and restore. How can this report show me as substandard? How do I correct it? Over 600 items sold in three months all shipped in less than 24 hours 99% positive feed back!

If eBay had to refund your buyers, you have unresolved cases. The only way to get back above standard is to sell more than you did 12 months ago so your total goes up, or wait for the defects to roll off.
