Basic Store Question

I currently get 250 free zero insert listings a month--the starter store package shows "up to 250 listings" is that in addition to the 250 I currently receive now-giving me a total of 500 listings a month??

No, that is 250 in place of the 250 you get without a store.  There are no extra insertions with a starter store.  You do pay less for insertions above the 250 allotment.
