I bought a rotten cactus and i am being told i have to mail it back before i cam collect the refund the problem is i am crippled and unable to mail the plant back and i am getting a lot of email asking me to send it back and they know i cant walk this has happened 3 times in the past 6 months and i have settled for half the money back instead because is the only option i ws left with at this point i just want to close my account ebay s rules dont work for customers with disabilty s
