Anyone else having their money taken by ebay due to delayed international shipping

Anyone else having their money stolen by ebay due to international shipments still in transit. Due to the corinavirus EVEN THOUGH IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL???I assume many sellers are having international shipments delayed in transit to various countries. Anyone else now having ebay give the buyer back (taken from you) their money even though the items are still in transit. I am disgusted right now that this is happening. There is NO SELLER PROTECTION and the buyers will get their money back and the item as soon as the shipment resumes in transit. So we are out the money and the items. Anything we can do. It's disgusting Ebay is not protecting us even with proof of shipment & proof of the delay.  Anything we can do??
