Adjusting Shipping Cost once there's an offer on an item

I have a prospective buyer that has made an offer on item I am selling. I counter offered and told her that the shipping would be $5.95 as that would be my cost. She reliped that the shipping on her end shows $7.05. How can I adjust shipping cost? When I tried to revise the shipping cost, I got a message stating that only certain items can be adjusted while an offer is pending. Please help. Thanks!
