Accused of "turning in" a seller

I had a discussion with a seller about a face cream.  I had to ask several questions about the ingredients without satisfaction. She finally suggested that I google the product to locate the complete ingredient list .  I accepted that and thanked her for her help. Then she messages me asking why I had "turned her in", causing her listing to be "pulled".   I had no idea about what she was talking!  I thought our discussion was cordial enough and concluded satisfactorily.  Now I am being accused of "turning her in"! 🤔🤔.  I told her I was sorry but I didn't even realize that "turning in" a seller was even an option.  I offered to try to help her but she is just saying not to buy from her .  I am feeling very badly about this.   What can I do?
