A seller lied about where the item is coming from

I bought two items from a seller that said they were located in the US but they are actually located in Venezuela- apparently I’m not the only one who has had this issue with this person but there’s nothing on eBay so I can complain. My items are held up in that country and it looks like it’s going to be awhile before I receive them...had I known I would not have purchased them...
