A return that wasn't returned???

Well, customer wanted to return item that did not fit and opened an automatic return.

No problem...

Then she closed the return because she decided to keep the item.

Just checked my seller dashboard and it shows that I was hit with a return for this item!

How can that be if customer decided to keep it???

This makes no sense at all...
