A customer made an offer for an item but then paid full price. Can I adjust invoice?

A buyer has a PayPal giftcard and wished to purchase an item from me.  The buyer made an offer and then paid full price.  Now the total is too high for the buyer to pay through the gift card.  Is there anyway that I can adjust either the actual price once buy it n now has been selected?  If not, is there anyway that I can add a discount to an invoice once the buy it now function has been pressed?

You can not decrease the price of the item.  You can only decrease the cost of shipping.

You can cencel the transaction per buyer request and relist and let him buy it again at the agreed price.
