20 Buyers with 0 feedback newly opened accounts purchasing same item

I the lst 2 days my account has been stalked by a series of newly created accounts with 0 feedback purchasing 1 or 2 of the same items. I canceled these orders due to non responsiveness and I feel our competitor is at it again with harassment. I reported these suspicious buyers to eBay to investigate and instead one of my listings was removed!  There is no reason offered why the listing is removed.  we are a non profit rescue on eBay since 2002 and I cant get a live person to assist in this matter. Any assistance is helpful

You're using the listing to solicit donations and that is not allowed. While the cause is worthy, you must sell something tangible.
