JMHO.

does look as if someone took an old glass and dipped it into blue, then turned it to cool.

the color of the drops looks too modern for the form of the glass.

the Gothic Script ( continental) doesn't say anything at all about the age. still in use for awards, certificates etc. you may be better off if you knew where and when the form of the glass was used; looks pressed glass ?

for collectors no value, for amusement a good example of 60s Hippie stuff. old silver forks were another better known casualty for jewelry home-made stuff.
