Trying to respond - comment within groip to offer help

Hi I am trying to respond to some of the questions, but I am not given any kind of option to do so, and I have repsonded to others - I do not get a comment box, a reply box, and answer box or anything like that, and I am a member of this group.  Any ideas?  Thank you!

Be sure you are signed into the community, It took me a few times to figure it out.  If you are there should be a reply button.
