No clue on this large wooden object with individual blades...help please

This item was donated to our charity for resale.  I believe it is made of wood and wrought iron .  It measures around 30 inches long.  The wrought iron holds 10 individual wood blades in place.  Any ideas on age and ID would be so appreciated!

It's a drying rack for drying clothes, or hanging towels on.

Besides having grown up using this object, the description is stamped directly on it. It is a drying rack for small garments!!!!!

@benchmark99, obviously I know what this item is, since I had posted the identification. So don't yell at me. 

The picture that has the name on it, is the one I posted as a reference to back up my identification, and illustrate how it was used. The OP's item doesn't have the name on it. This was a very reasonable question.
