Solid brassm and glass reservoir, has a coin slot on top, and somne kind of tolled pin insert. Not a clue, but looks old, and precisioned.

It's an antique Hit & Miss gasoline engine oiler. It does have a bit of value.

The "coin slot" may have been added to use as a desk top bank. This will affect the value for collectors looking for hit/miss parts to actually use.
