Appears to be Peruvian design. 

Impossible to tell maker.

Cost can be determined by comparing similar items already listed on Ebay.

My gut reaction is that this comes from the American Southwest, but the mask design on it looks more Asian.  Really cool bracelet.  Hope you can find out more.

Thank you. It is similar to American Navajo style. But the mask is not their style. That's what I thought.
