I have these two beads that are 1-1/2" long and have six paneled sides of mother of pearl inlay. At the sloping ends it appears to have layers of some material, black (glass, onyx?) and maybe horn and a layer of mop. They are weighty and not light. I have researched everywhere and can't find information on them. Maybe someone out there will recognize them. If I am in the wrong group forgive me.
