925 is the silver content: 92.5%   Weight it up in grams and you can get an approx. scrap melt value.

The pattern on it almost looks like a Brighton pattern.   They do make some Sterling pieces.   You can try contacting,  Usually they have a heart hang tag or heart on their clasp sometimes with a B on it.
