I placed an order and received the clothing items and they were too big. The company I ordered them from said I could return them, but I would need to get info from Ebay. I talked to 3 or 4 people from Ebay that could not help me with the return labels I needed to return the items. No offense to foreign speaking people, but everyone I talked to had a foreign accent and I could not understand 75% of what they were saying. It took so long to try to receive the help I needed, I had no more time to waste on the phone. I got very frustrated and told Ebay that I would keep the merchandise and I will definitely never buy anything from Ebay again and that is a promise!

Of course, whether or not you buy from an eBay seller is your decision. But were the measurements included in the listing? Sizes differ from manufacturer to manufacturer and even within their own items. I would never buy something online - from anywhere - without measurements.
If the measurements were included in the listing, you shouldn't get return labels. You would need to send them back on your dime.

"Too big" is a buyers remorse return. You simply open a return from your My EBay, Purchase history, find the item and choose I want to return this item then choose Doesn't fit. The sellers return policy determines time frames and who pay for return shipping.
As far as eBay CS, they can't help you with this anyway but, yes, most of the CS Reps are in other countries.

@vickijone_7 Did you know that you can process a Return in eBay's Resolution Center (link at the bottom of the page) and not have to call eBay to get things started? The seller telling you to get info from eBay to me sounds like they were trying to throw you off while the clock ticked. You have 30 days from delivery to process a claim with eBay and then 180 days with PayPal if you miss the eBay window.
As for the item being too big, I don't sell clothing but I agree with some other posts that size can variy from manufacturer to manufacturer but the listing needs to state the size listed on the item accurately. So if that is all correct then the item is certainly as described so a return reason could not be "not as described".

Why? Ask the seller what to do. Read the money Back Guarantee. Read about the Resolution Center. Ask questions BEFORE BUYING. Ebay is not (for once) the enemy here. I will answer questions about additional measurements, texture, etc. beyond what is in my lisitng to make sure buyers are happy. I ask questions to sellers. You're brand new. You need to learn Ebay is not a brick and mortar store where you can throw a hissy fit, yell at a manager, and get your way all the time.

You didn't buy anything from eBay. You bought from a seller.
DId you open a Return Request? If so, the seller has to respond one way or another. Through the request they will have to provide you a return address. They have 3 business days to respond through the process. It'll all be right there.
If the sizes were accurately given but they didn't fit, the return shipping costs are on you - otherwise you'd be stealing from the seller. If the seller screwed up, they would be responsible for return shipping costs.

@mr_lincoln BAD advice! OP needs to process a REGULAR return and that cannot be done in the resolution center!! The resolition center return options are all SNAD, no remorse reasons and thats what this return is--remorse!

Fit issues are buyers remorse, ebay does NOT cover them under the money back guarantee. IF this was a domestic purchase, you can go to your purchase history and click "return this item">"wrong size or doesn't fit". When the return is approved, you will be given the choice of buying a return label from ebay or shipping on your own. Ebay does not offer free returns on buyers remorse returns.

@missjen831 Where does one process a "regular" return?
