Cancelation issues

Is anyone else experiencing issues with Cancelation requests? 

I keep getting a "We looked everywhere" can't find the screen error message. 

I can't figure out a work around; as once a cancelation request is submitted... the refund feature goes away.    eBay forces you to accept or deny the cancelation within the Cancelation page. 

Any ideas ?

If possible, try canceling via the eBay app with wifi off.
