Hi. Can anyone tell me what this new charge for Per Listing Payments Fee??? Ebay made me do Managed Payments so the Ebay fees appeared less than Paypal fees. But adding this new fee doesn't save any money. HELP!!! I may consider no longer selling on ...

In the past month I have had 5 items that were bid items that people purchased and never paid. Is anyone else out there having this issue? Is there anything that can be done about it???
