Does anyone know why I'm unable to choose 'No returns accepted' on any of my new listings anymore? I have always been able to but this option is no longer available to me. I can now only choose 30/60 day post charge /no post charge. I'm having to save all my new listings in draft because they won't save without one of the policies being selected. Can anyone help?
