Cannot Make Appeal, Keep Getting Signed Out And Redirected To Error Page

I am trying to appeal a case and like the title says, I'm having issues:

First, I click the link to appeal:

I am then met with the dropdown option list for the appeal:

I then enter my reasoning, and when I try to upload an image, it fails every time:

I then click "submit", and it immediately redirects me to the sign in screen:

Upon entering my login information, I then get redirected to this page, with a URL of https://www.ebay.com/ItemNotReceived/TechnicalError:

I am using Chrome, no adblocker.

Have you uploaded something in the "upload square with the cross"?

I was making an appeal and until I uploaded something there it wouldn't work.

I had no documentation...so I uploaded a photo of Barbie & Ken dressed up for Christmas.

And funny thing, I won my case...Of course, the 1000+ word essay why I was right and the bank 

doing a dispute was wrong also helped...essay was very polite and businesslike.

Whenever I attempt to add a file I get the error above the box with the cross in it as shown in my screenshot. So I suppose the answer to your question would be yes, I have tried, just unsuccessfully so far 😂
