Well Patty good to hear from you! I love brooches especially the 50s ones. Here's one of my favorite Florida souvenir 60s made out of shells..
so delicate but detailed!

@silverstatetreasureboxes is that in your personal collection? OMG is BEAUTIFUL!!!

Yes Patty, I have it on a toss pillow along with many others just to enjoy. I'll put up some more tomorrow, today I was busy cleaning and organizing my she-shed. I landed a huge, I mean huge ceramic christmas tree with light base and large base ( shhhhh $5 bucks) so it went out there to be protected!

@silverstatetreasureboxes I will try to get some photos of the ones I have , One made it to the Juliana site 🙂
I would be so afraid of that one breaking for you... I have one that is ceramic and I barely even take it out of the box I have it in.
Aww a She Shed I want one of those!

Here's a couple more to show you from a line of catalog home shopping parties called Judy lee. Some are signed and some are not. This company started in 1949 in Chicago and became popular in the 1950s-70s.
I will show the back of the signed one and warning..if you suffer from Trypophobia look away! ( fear of small holes)
the green one is signed...
now here is another Judy Lee
and the back
Judy Lee's siggy will often be located on the bar clasp as above.
This brooch is unsigned vvv
very pretty and delicate but I find the metal on the leaf very flimsy and bendable.

@silverstatetreasureboxes have you tested for gold? Maybe is flimsy because it could be gold?

Well - how nice! I like that trend. Hopefully people like vintage Swarovski brooches - I think they are unique and very nice quality.

My magnet sticks to it bigtime so not gold.
I found some more that I'll share tomorrow and they are real beauties!
I agree, Swarovski ones are special, pricing a necklace by them right now for the thrift shop. Thanks for posting!
