Chanel purse, authentic or not?

Could someone please help me find out if this purse is authentic?

I bought it at a thrift store, it’s a high quality leather and hardware

The odds are against it. Incoming is often cherry picked before being put out for purchase by the general public.

When you tap the camera, the page will prefill and ask you to 'Choose files'. Do you not see that? Any board/forum will need a photo... we can't evaluate the bag with only your description.

No, I don’t see that, I would know how to use it. When I click on camera box, I get a pop up window with boxes:

I don't post from my phone so I don't know what it looks like there and I don't use the app, but from a laptop, in the reply box, see the camera icon. Click, choose files and click "done."

I got a message that I don’t have a permission to upload images. Maybe because I’m new on eBay.  
Thank you for responding. I’ll try to contact customer service and ask them how to resolve this.
