Need help with identification

Anyone know who this outfit belongs to? It's sealed in cellophane so I can check for a label. The white boots are hard plastic and it looks like the snaps on the skirt are round not square.

Don't misunderstand... the fashions on that page were not for Dollikin. Every department store with a catalog offered a selection of unbranded budget fashions from Hong Kong to fit Barbie and similar sized dolls. Commonly known as clone fashions, they shipped on a card in a cardboard mailer from the store that issued them.
