Please help to identify the handpainted doll head in the frame, also the signatures in the back of the frame.

Well, I can see the creepy face too. I am having a hard time with the signature though.

I love it!  It looks like something my brother would make.  It might just be a mixed media art piece by an unknown artist.  Any markings inside?

It looks like two signatures.  If so, I'd guess that one person did the manipulated-photograph hallwa, and the other person did the doll., then both signed and dated the back of the frame.  Is that right?

It would make sense except that the dates seem to be written by the same hand (identical size and slope). Also, what doll?

Yes the dates are written by the same hand but maybe one of the two just wrote both names and dates.  I don't think it looks like a doll.  It looks like a Halloween mask and costume.

Actually I think it's one name (first and last) and the dates could be of the original photo on 8/10 and then the drawing on 11/17.  Same person did both at different times.
